May 29, 2015 · If you experience moderate screen tearing (where the image shown on the screen becomes "fractured" due to camera movement) limiting the framerate is useful. V-Sync attempts this by holding the FPS at your monitor's refresh rate. Unfortunately V-Sync causes input lag, so this option is not always preferable.
Yeah its garbage according to league of legends cuz it demands more then any other game. Bcuz whole year is focus to balance champions and items every 2 weeks release new skins sometimes new items new champions and never focus on game performance optimization.
Check your CPU while this happens, if it hits 100% it's overheating. Either get a better cooler, or clear the dust from it (or both). It doesn't drop to 10 fps or 15 or 20, it literally goes from 60 to 0 for 3 seconds, then back to 60.
